Lotte Alexis Smith

Originally studying print making, Lotte Alexis Smith expanded her practice to include illustration, mural art and workshops. The content of her art varies across mediums from intricate narratives to playful character studies often creating surreal representations of lived experiences.

The risoprints are a collection of prints from over the past few years. I last showed them as an installation at Airspace Gallery, for my solo show “You are missing from me”. The premise of the show was investigating the process of reconnection with oneself and one’s’ community in the wake of a deep slump.
