#10 | untitled, 2019, reduction lino print, 28 x 38 cm, NFS.

This print was the result of not marking a registration corner on my lino piece after carving it out for the second layer for a work.  Naturally I just decided to wing it and see if I could guess which corner was the right one to line it up with….I guessed wrong….  But at least I was able to figure out which one was the right corner after printing it – I marked a little star on the lino to remember.  I decided to print the next two layers to test the shades.  The paper also got pretty beat up – it’s been through the wars.

I kept this print because – well I don’t like wasting paper, I like to reuse it whenever I can - I'm going to make some of my own paper out of the scraps I have.
